Let us take a look at this sexual harassment media frenzy objectively.

 Herman, here is your solution:  

You, Herman Cain, are in your office at a company where you  am a top management person.

Anther management person informs you that a “ complaint “ has been filed against you for sexual harassment .

 SINCE I HAVE NEVER  SEXUALLY HARRSSED ANYBODY IN MY LIFE,

The first words out of your mouth  are:

WHAAAT? WHO ? ARE THEY NUTS ?

I WANT TO SPEAK TO THAT LYING JOKER NOW. 

Then when the management person with whom you are speaking even utters the word

SETTLEMENT  

You are REALLY furious and probably yelling as you reply, 

”In your dreams will I agree to any settlement. I NEVER sexually harassed anyone in my entire career .There will be a settlement all right; I’ll show them a settlement like they never saw before.

 Those liars will rue the day they ever even HEARD my name. There will be hell to pay for lying about me like this.”

You would then be picking up the phone to your attorney and immediately be: 

FILING A $10 MILION DOLLAR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER LAWSUIT AGAINST EACH ACCUSER. AND THEIR ATTORNEYS, FOR BRING A SPURIOUS ACTION.

That will get their attention, by God. 

Of course, this is the APPSNEWBIE solution, predicated upon the premise that

 I HAVE NEVER  SEXUALLY HARRSSED ANYBODY IN MY LIFE .
